Project Diversity

Fun match held for a great cause.

The Fans for Diversity campaign is a partnership between the Football Supporters’ Association and Kick It Out. Its aim is simple – to celebrate diversity in football to ensure all fans feel safe and welcome at the game, regardless of; age, disability, gender, race, faith, sexual orientation or any other protected characteristic.

Information.

Loz Clough and Patricia Akers decided to set up an OSA football team called The OSA Fans For Diversity Team, this was a  a big success and was supported by the Campaign Manager from FFD.

An inclusion football match was something that Patricia and Loz talked about for some time, so when eventually we did get support from NCFC this was a massive step forward towards inclusion.
